How is the work scoped?
Dar Anqa accepts water-tank insulation requests in all six cities listed on this website. Overhead and underground tanks have different access and preparation needs. Tank material, surface condition, the location of dampness or leakage, and the working space around it also affect the scope. We do not promise a universal price or choose a material from one photo. The practical starting point is a clear description, followed by an inspection where needed and a phone conversation about scope and final price.
Before requesting an assessment
When requesting service, share the city, district or map pin, property type, tank location, and the problem you can see. If possible, take photos without entering the tank, touching electrical equipment, or attempting leak repair yourself. Do not drain the tank or stop water use until suitable instructions are agreed. If a leak is near electrical equipment or poses an immediate danger, keep people away and seek urgent qualified assistance.
Price and approval
Tank insulation requires an inspection and quote. The final price is confirmed by phone after reviewing condition, scope, and access. Cleaning, plumbing, repairs, and parts are not automatically included. Any other work is explained separately for your approval. An enquiry does not confirm a work appointment or price before review.
